We are a Nigerian company working out of one office in Apapa, Lagos. Flights and visas run live on this site. The other five services run through a specialist who picks up the phone.
Crossing a border on a Nigerian passport is still harder than it should be. Closing that gap is the whole job.
Denca Travel & Tours exists for the part of travel nobody enjoys — the paperwork, the fare that moves while you are still thinking about it, and the embassy checklist that changes halfway through.
We are a Nigerian limited company, registered as Denca Travel & Tours Investment Services Limited, and we work from one office at 20 Park Lane, Apapa, Lagos. There is no branch network to be routed through and no queue to sit in. One desk, one specialist, and the same person on your file from the first message to the confirmed booking.
Two of our seven services run live on this site. You can search real fares and come away with an e-ticket carrying a confirmed booking code, and you can submit a visa application for any of six destinations — Tanzania, Morocco, South Africa, Uganda, Dubai and Kenya — across nine visa types. Passport processing, hotel reservations, logistics and travel support, education and tour packages, and boat and yacht cruises are arranged the older way: you tell us what you need, and a person works out how it gets done.
For everything we do not operate ourselves we act as an intermediary between you and the airline, hotel or insurer — and we say so plainly, because the alternative is a client finding out at the worst possible moment. Messages get a reply within 24 to 48 hours. What we quote is what you pay, and what we cannot do, we tell you before you pay for it.
It is the sentence we hold a booking against before it goes out: was it efficient, was it affordable, and will it still hold up at the check-in counter?
We write it as an ambition on purpose. Trust is not something a company can award itself — it is handed over one trip at a time, and we are still earning it.
A value only means something if it costs you a booking now and then. Here is what each of ours rules out.
We would rather lose the booking than the relationship behind it, so nothing goes out of this office that we cannot stand behind afterwards.
— which means we will not quote you a fare we cannot hold, or a turnaround we have no way of meeting.
One specialist takes your file and keeps it — through the fare change, the missing document and the follow-up nobody remembers to send.
— which means we will not hand you to a second person who needs the whole story again from the beginning.
The job is not finished when the ticket is issued. Departure gates move, embassies reschedule, and plans change after payment has already cleared.
— which means we will not go quiet once your money has arrived; the same line stays open after the booking as before it.
We lay the cost out in full — fare, service and what is still outstanding — so you can put it beside anyone else's number and judge it properly.
— which means we will not add a fee after you have agreed the price; there is nothing hidden at the bottom of the invoice.
When something slips, you hear it from us first, with what it means for your trip and what we are doing about it already in the same message.
— which means we will not let a delay or a schedule change reach you as a surprise at the airport.
Not a virtual address and not a call centre — a room in Apapa with our files in it, which is exactly why you can turn up with your documents.
The same team handles all of them — what changes is how much of the trip we are asked to carry.
